When she was little and would cry, items would fall from her shelves. Pallie has learned the ability to control it now so that she merely has to think and something will move. Teleportation – Moving between place to place. (from her being part cupid) Astral Projection – Similar to Prue’s astral projection before she was born, Pallie can astral project somewhere if she concentrates very hard. Her physical body, however, moves to a sleep-like state. She has been working to greater control her astral projection. PLAYED-BY: (link to an icon please) Alexandra Chando http://www.insanejournal.com/userpic/8534065/420099 APPEARANCE: (at least a paragraph) Pallie’s the shortest of her sisters, only ever growing to 5’3” (though she does have a bit of height on her mom which is a mild consolation). She’s thin and has a bit of a boyish figure. She doesn’t have many discernable curves, but she’s filled out in the past few years, though she’s petite. Palle’s got dark brown hair which she often wears down, simply as it’s dried from the shower, or up and out of her face. She’s got dark brown eyes which sometimes are hidden behind glasses or her bangs. Her style’s a bit quirky. She’s prone to wearing jeans with anything from a tshirt to a casual dress. Her style is an amalgamation of preppy, punk, and comfort. She doesn’t wear much makeup at all, excepting special occasions. PERSONALITY: (at least a paragraph) Pallie is a force. She’s quiet but not shy. If she doesn’t have something to add to the conversation, she won’t speak. She’s never quite lived down being the most impossible baby and is seemingly making up for it with her reticence. When she does talk, however, it’s usually in a quick rambling manner and not always coherent upon the first try. She’s got firm beliefs and sticks by them. If someone tests her belief, that is when she will talk most firmly. Loud, clear, and concise, Pallie doesn’t stand for any sort of prejudice or intolerance, be it related to religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, or magical abilities. She’s a bit of a know it all, at least internally. Oftentimes she’ll think things that she wished she’d say correcting people but holds herself back unless it’s a repeated offense. Being a linguistics major, she’s fascinated by the study of natural language and its growths, but Pallie is a stickler for grammar. FAMILY: (significant others/pets go here as well) Older sister Parker, younger sister Peyton. Pheobe is her mother and Coop is her father. Piper and Paige are her aunts, and Leo and Henry are her uncles. She’s got a whole mess of cousins: Wyatt, Chris, Prue, Henry, Penthea, and Porsche. Billie and her brood were always considered extended family as well. She’s got no significant other nor any pets. After an unfortunate incident with her fish jumping out of the bowl when she was little, Pallie decided that pets didn’t like her. HISTORY: (please be detailed, a couple of paragraphs at least) On February 14th, 2007, Pallie Ava Halliwell was brought into the world. Having been born on Valentine’s Day, it was thought that Pallie would embody the powers of a cupid. Ironically enough, she was the only one of Phoebe’s daughters who did not possess empathy. While her sisters were both joyous infants, it seemed that Pallie couldn’t wait to get rid of the inability to tell her family how she was feeling. She had a severe case of colic and didn’t stop crying easily. One of the few things that would put her to sleep were the lullabies her parents and older sister would sing. At its worst, there would be a bottle or baby monitor knocked off of the shelf without anyone touching it. Unbeknownst to the rest of the family, this was the first manifestation of Pallie’s powers. When it seemed as if Pallie was finally getting over her impossibility as a baby, she was blessed with a baby sister. And while Peyton was a blissful child, it seemed that Pallie was calmed. Until she turned two. The terrible twos seemed only to hit Pallie. And as if it were in repayment for skipping over their other children, Pallie got it worst. She would scream, cry, and throw fits for no reason. One day, she was so irritated that her entire toybox emptied violently across the room. Her parents had a feeling then that she would be telekinetic. The rest of her childhood seemed to go by a lot more smoothly than her first few years. Pallie was a smart little girl, learning quickly and finding that she loved learning. She was teased a bit in school for being a goody-goody and a nerd, but she didn’t pay much mind to those kids. When Parker went to magic school, Pallie was a bit jealous. She loved her older sister and didn’t fully understand why Parker could go without her. And when Parker was able to teleport? Pallie was pissed. She did not understand why she did not have the powers that her sisters did. Sure, she could move things, but both Parker and Peyton had empathy. After a good two years of trying, one day without any warning, a 13 year old Pallie teleported from her room to the kitchen. She was gleeful for a good month just for that and after a while, she was able to control her teleportation. Once in magic school, Pallie found that some things didn’t come as easier to her as they did in her normal school. Not without a little resentment, she spent more time on her magic studies and managed to be near the top of her class. Something that she never, throughout her entire life, had been able to do was make matches. Parker made fantastic and mind boggling matches. Peyton knew when people were in love. And Pallie? Couldn’t manage to realize when boys liked her. After graduating from high school and magic school, Pallie got into Stanford and goes there, majoring in Linguistics. She lives on campus, but with her teleportation, the 30 minute commute is cut down considerably when she visits home, magic school, and her sisters. | |||||||||
